These are hard times for individuals, organizations, everyone—that’s the reality we’re facing. With a challenging economy, a drastic redefining of success, the increasing pressure to downsize yet maximize productivity, companies, leaders and employees are struggling simply to survive.  How relevant could professional coaching be during times like these?

In light of the present reality—flexibility, determination, stability and innovation are key elements to survival, reconstruction and revitalization. Professional coaching provides a relevant and effective venue for surviving as well as thriving. The Southeast Prism Award and Conference is a representation of the diversity of ways coaching impacts individuals and organizations to achieve excellence—demonstrating that coaching has a measurable, far-extending reach.

Reaching you through the stories of successful organizations, through learning with others, through conversations with others, so that you might reach another will mean Prism is a success.

Please join us to develop connections and leverage shared insights with business leaders, organizational development and training professionals, talent management and human resources directors, coaches, clients and those curious about the process and impact of coaching.

We look forward to seeing you on May 5th!
